Interview with Zachary Quinto.
April 4, 2007

Justine Cameron's exclusive interview
with Zachary Quinto, from the hit show Heroes
about his time on the set of Destined: The Charmed Sons.

Justine: Thank you for taking the time to let me snag an interview with you!

Zachary: It's my pleasure.

Zachary sits down across from Justine and drinks from a water bottle.

Justine: So, why don't you tell me how you managed to get involved with this project?

Zachary: First off, I want to say that I'm glad they invited me to guest star, it's been fun these last couple of days. It's a different change of pace from the set of the other show I'm on as part of the full time lineup. And now I'll move on to say that I was actually in an episode of the parent show that Destined came from.

Justine: That's right, I have that here in my notes. Season Five of Charmed?

Zachary: Yes. I played a warlock in the episode "Cat House". It was fun.

Justine: So are you playing a warlock again?

Zachary: No, I'm playing a character whose scripted name is "Donny" and just this afternoon I signed on for four more episodes, to make my role a recurring guest part. Shannon and Jennifer didn't have to do too much arm twisting to get me to agree when they told me about what it would entail.

Justine: I see. So, you're not a warlock, but do you have any powers?

Zachary: It's a show about magic, but I honestly can't say. I don't have any scripted in the episode that we've been working on "Disrespect Your Elders", so I don't know. They may have something in mind for him in the future, but I can't say what the producers discussed with me about their plans for the character.

Justine: So many secrets on this set. How is a girl supposed to get 'spoilers' for the fans if you're all so tight-lipped about everything?

Zachary just smiles and shrugs.

Justine: I saw you filming a scene with Jessica Biel earlier...

Zachary: That's right. Jessica's character Samara and my character have some sort of relationship with one another.

Justine: I saw some of the chemistry there on set, I can't wait to see the episode.

Zachary: Well, she makes it easy to put that chemistry out there. Looks like my number is up, I've got to get back over there.

Zachary stands and extends his hand to Justine.

Justine: Thank you again Zachary. I'll be looking forward to see how things develop.
